David Bearman - Managing Director
David joined the group in 1997 as Business Development manger. He was appointed Operations Manager in 1999 and then joined the board as Commercial Director in 2000. In 2001 David was appointed the role of Managing Director and during his tenure has transformed the Group into a market leading practice in its niche sectors. David has over 14 years experience in the Insurance & Construction sector and is also a member of the Chartered Insurance Institute.
Neil Milner - Commercial Director
Neil joined the company in December 2006 having spent the previous 2 years working for a Lloyds Broker, prior to which he spent 9 years as an Underwriter working for Lloyds of London based syndicate DA Constable 386. Neil brings with him a wealth of London Market knowledge and experience.
Simon Piggott - Compliance Director
Simon originally joined as claims manager and has been with the company for over 10 years. He made his gradual and natural progression to Compliance Director and now ensures an appropriate compliance function is in place to meet the FSA requirements. In addition to this he still oversees the Claims Department and is responsible for the day to day operations of the office including the IT and telecommunications infrastructure.
Pauline Bearman - Finance Director
Pauline has been with the company since it was formed and holds the position of Finance Director. Pauline has worked in numerous industry sectors including Banking, Finance and Construction heading up finance and credit control departments. Pauline's responsibilitys include but are not limited to overseeing the Credit Control Department, Compliance, Human Resources and assistant to the Managing Director.
Canan Fuat - Accounts Director
Canan joined the company in February 2005. Canan has held numerous Accounting positions with over 18 years experience. Canan's main responsibilities include but are not limited to preparation of annual budget, premium payment, client money calculations, payments to Insurers along with overseeing all accounts matters.
