Every Direct Insurance client is offered the opportunity to complete a form providing us information on our KPI's (Key Performance Indicators) and for doing this are entered into a monthly draw for Marks & Spencer's vouchers.

In February 2010 we received the following results:

  • 74% of our clients used Direct Insurance due to our customer care (some just love our pricing)
  • 100% of those that responded believe Direct Insurance Group offer good value for money
  • 78% of these clients believe our service is excellent in comparison to those they used previously (most of the others said "good" in comparison!)
